1. The area before the number of stars
A four-star hotel in the right area beats a five-star far from everything. Read about the areas to stay before you choose.
2. Book early in peak season
Summer, Eid and New Year fill up months ahead, and prices rise as the date gets closer. Outside peak season, you may find deals close to the date.
3. For families: serviced apartments
Two bedrooms, a kitchen and a washing machine, sometimes for the price of one hotel room, and more comfort for the children.
4. Check what the price includes
Breakfast, local taxes and fees, resort fees and airport transport. A cheap rate can end up costing more after the extras.
5. The cancellation policy
Non-refundable bookings are cheaper, but refundable ones are safer if your plans might change. Choose based on how sure you are of your dates.
6. Read recent reviews
The last three months matter more than the overall average, because hotels change.
7. Ask an expert
We know the hotels Saudis love and the areas that suit families and honeymooners, and we find the lowest available rates in every city. Send us your city and dates.
