The nature of our services
- The company acts as an intermediary in marketing and selling travel services provided by other parties, such as airlines, hotels, licensed tour organisers and private aviation operators, and each service is subject to its provider's terms in addition to these terms.
- Tour packages are organised by licensed tour organisers, who are responsible for delivering their programmes.
Prices
- Prices shown are in Saudi riyals and include VAT; they are indicative and may change without prior notice depending on availability and providers' prices.
- The binding price is the one stated on the ticket, booking confirmation or invoice; no other price is binding on the company.
Booking and payment
- A request made through the website or WhatsApp is not a booking; a booking is confirmed only after full payment and issue of the ticket or booking confirmation.
- Customers are responsible for the accuracy of the data they provide and its match with their passport, the validity of their travel documents, and meeting the destination's entry, visa and health requirements.
- Any consequences or fees resulting from errors in the customer's data or missing documents are borne by the customer.
Cancellation, changes and refunds
- Cancellations, changes and refunds are subject to the service provider's terms, and the customer bears any fees or penalties it imposes.
- Some fares and offers are non-refundable or non-changeable.
- Refunds, where due, are made after the amount is received from the service provider, and by the original payment method.
Visas
The company's service is limited to helping prepare and submit the visa application; the decision to accept or refuse it, and its duration, rests solely with the competent authority, and fees are not refunded if the application is refused.
Instalments
Instalments are available to individuals through independent providers (such as Tamara, MISpay and Emkan), subject to their terms and approval; the financing relationship is directly between the customer and the provider, without any liability on the company.
Limitation of liability
- The company is not liable for any delay, cancellation or change to schedules or services by airlines, hotels, tour organisers or other service providers, nor for any loss of or damage to baggage or belongings.
- The company is not liable for circumstances beyond its control, such as natural disasters, epidemics, government decisions, unrest and airspace closures.
- In all cases, the company's liability is limited to what it actually recovers from the service provider.
Website content
The information and images on the website are for illustration only and may change; what is binding is the booking confirmation. The website's content and logos are the property of the company or their owners and may not be copied or used without written permission.
Changes to these terms
The company may amend these terms at any time without prior notice, and amendments take effect from the date they're published on the website.
Governing law
