No. Saudi passport holders enter Egypt without a visa in advance, for tourist stays of up to 3 months.
How long must my passport be valid to enter Egypt?

Do residents of Saudi Arabia need a visa for Egypt?
The exemption is for Saudi passport holders. Residents of other nationalities depend on their nationality and residence type: an e-Visa, a visa on arrival under conditions, or a visa from the embassy, and we can arrange it.
