What awaits you in Denmark
Copenhagen with the colourful canal of Nyhavn, its royal palaces and Tivoli Gardens in the city centre, and the world's first LEGOLAND in Billund for children. Summer is the best time, and Tivoli opens a winter season from mid-November. Denmark is often combined with Sweden across the Øresund Bridge, so apply to the country where you'll spend the most nights. In Copenhagen you climb the Round Tower up a spiral ramp with no stairs, watch the daily changing of the guard at Amalienborg, and walk the King's Garden around Rosenborg Castle, home of the Crown Jewels.

How it works with us
- You tell us your city and dates; we confirm Denmark is your main destination and book your appointment
- We prepare your flight, hotel and insurance bookings and check your file page by page
- You attend the appointment in person to submit your documents and fingerprints (unless they were taken in the last 59 months)
- We follow up your application until you receive your passport with the visa
Important tips
- Apply to Denmark if it's where you'll spend the most nights; if the nights are equal, apply to the country you enter first.
- Appointments are busy from April to September and around both Eids, so apply at least 4 weeks before you travel.
- Billund and LEGOLAND are about 3 hours by car from Copenhagen, so count those nights in your plan.
- Renew your passport before applying if it's valid for less than 5 years, so you can get the five-year visa.
- Since 10 April 2026 your photo and fingerprints are taken at the Schengen border on your first entry (the EES system) instead of a passport stamp, so allow extra time at the airport.
